I eat chia seed pudding frequently as a part of my breakfast. For variety, I also make a variety that has chocolate instead of blended mixed berries. I like this variety more. I follow Giada’s recipe for chia seed pudding, which can be found here. There are some modifications. For instance, Giada’s recipe does not have the fruit blended into the pudding. I also changed the liquid ingredient amounts to account for the increased amount of liquid added to the mixture as a result of blending frozen fruit.

Of the three recipes for chia seed pudding that I make (I might post the other one some day), this is probably my favorite. I tend to associate breakfast and fruit together, and this dish checks both of those boxes for me. A typical breakfast for me usually involves a 5-6 oz. serving of this pudding, coupled with a baked good of some variety (waffle, toast, muffin, etc.) and a piece of fresh fruit. I will likely continue to eat a breakfast similar to this in the future.
